Whether you are curious about machine knitting, just getting started, or have decades of experience, Generic Knitters (GK) is for you! We are a diverse group of machine knitters with all sorts of different machines (hence the term "generic"!) and wildly differing levels of experience. Our members live along the Colorado Front Range.

 

GK members meet on the first Saturday of the month at the Brunner House in Broomfield, CO. The meeting starts at 9:30 Mountain Time but come a bit early to chat with your friends!  We do not meet in July to accommodate vacations and other summer plans.

We have social time with snacks and coffee, a short business meeting, and then one of our members offers a demo.

​

We've also been taking advantage of technology since the pandemic struck and successfully using Zoom for our monthly meetings. The demos have been fantastic as everyone can see from the comfort of their homes and individual screens! Plus this opens the door for those that can't attend in person.

You are welcome to join two meetings (in person or virtual) to check us out prior to joining GK.
